I started Thread Therapy to create something different - a space that feels real, not clinical.

After years working in schools, I saw how much teens and parents were craving support that was flexible, gentle, and human.

That’s what this space is for.

Why?

I want young people to see seeking support as something strong not something to be ashamed of.

For too long, therapy has felt clinical, stiff, or “only for when things are really bad.” I wanted to change that. I wanted to make therapy feel cool, like something emotionally intelligent, self-aware, and even kind of… trendy.

Because getting to know why you feel the way you do…
Owning your emotional world…
That’s brave. That’s admirable. That’s growth.

At Thread Therapy, I work with teens and families who want something real -whether that’s a walk in the park and a conversation that goes deeper than “I’m fine,” or an online check-in that helps reset the week. This space is grounded in connection, movement, and authenticity.
